Instructor-led Training Registration
For best results and to ensure classroom availability register 16 business days prior to your desired lab class date. Lab kits need to be ordered by this date.
Students can register for CSSA training in one of three ways:
1) Purchasing CSSA Bundle or 1-day lab online.
2) Verbal agreement including class date and payment arrangements. Please call (212) 244-4994 x2 for your SonicU Representative.
3) SonicWALL Partners can click here for registration forms and Non-SonicWALL Partners can click here for registration forms to be faxed back.
NOTE: Students are not registered until payment arrangements have been made and a confirmation email has been sent out. If you have not received this email please contact your SonicU Administrator.
Terms & Conditions: You may reschedule your reservation with credit up to 16 days before the class. If you are a no show, which means we were not notified prior to the first day of class, or you reschedule fewer than 16 calendar days of the course start date, you will be billed for the full cost of the class and tuition will not be credited. Tuition will not be refunded. Student substitutions may be made at any time.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, we will notify you immediately. Should that occur, we will not be responsible for costs incurred - including non-refundable airfares. We will make every effort to reschedule your class to accommodate your schedule. Once again, we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to share this valuable course content with you and look forward to helping you meet your training goals.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have met the required prerequisite knowledge and skills before coming to class. Completing these prerequisite courses, including CBTs if applicable, is important as Instructors may, at their discretion, dismiss students who do not meet the prerequisite criteria. Should this happen to you, the course fee will be billed per payment agreement and you will not receive credit for the course.
